Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at onlineorders@marnics.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like headphones, earphones or any product which concerns personal hygiene. It can be returned if the product is unopened and in perfect condition. Prepaid plans activated online cannot be refunded or transferred.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Damaged LCD, OLED
- The device shows signs of water damage
- The Grade of the Device is 2 grades or lower than the grade it was sold at
- Restocking Fee: 10% of Purchase Value
Traded in Devices
Bell Devices
- Return Period: 15 Days
- Return Void When:
- Device is missing original packaging and/or accessories
- Device is in an condition less than (O)
Software, Vouchers, Gift Cards, Earphones, Headphones, Screen Protectors, Video Games.
Repairs/Services
- Return Period: N/A (Completed Repairs)
Special Ordered Products/Services
All Other Products
- Return Period: 30 Days

- Original Packaging is Missing
- Item is not in new or like new condition
Warranty

Marnics does not deal with any manufacturer warranties. It is up to the customer to claim warranty through the manufacturer

Repairs/Services
- Limited Warranty Period: Lifetime
- Limited Warranty Coverage: Manufacture Defects of parts, Defects in Workmanship during parts installation, Misdiagnosis, Technician damage to components outside of the original repair
- Limited Warranty Void When:
- The device shows signs of physical damage related to the previously installed part(s). This may include any of the physical damage signs below:
- Cracked Glass on the Screen
- Cracked Glass on the Back Glass
- Damaged LCD, OLED (Must also have cracked Glass)
- Missing Keys
- Missing Buttons
- The device shows signs of water damage
- The device shows signs of being worked on by a an entity other than Marnics
