- A manual warranty reset to the date of purchase from Marnics may be necessary when purchasing Apple goods. With your Apple ID and purchase receipt ready, go to checkcoverage.apple.com to accomplish this.
Pre-Owned Devices
- Limited Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase
- Limited Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer Defects, Battery Health Below 80% for iPhones
- Limited Warranty Procedure: A full refund will be issued

- The device shows signs of physical damage
- Cracked Glass on the Screen
- Cracked Glass on the Back Glass
- Damaged LCD, OLED
- Physically Damaged Ports
- Missing Keys
- Missing Buttons
- Beyond C Grade Cosmetics
- The device shows signs of water damage
- The device shows signs of being worked on by an entity other than Marnics
- The device shows signs of physical damage
Repairs (Hardware)
- Limited Warranty Period: Limited Lifetime
- Limited Warranty Coverage: Manufacturer Defects of parts, Defects in Workmanship during parts installation, Misdiagnosis, Technician damage to components outside of the original repair

- Manufacturer defect on parts/Defects in Workmanship during parts installation:
- Redo original repair service(s) free of charge
- Technician damage to components outside of the original repair:
- Complete additional repair service(s) free or charge OR
- Device replacement (claim original device)
- Refund Original Repair charges and reclaim any installed parts
- Misdiagnosis
- Credit the amount paid for original repair towards the repair(s) needed or a replacement device
- Refund Original Repair charges and reclaim any installed parts

- Missing Keys

Repairs (Carrier Unlocking)
- Limited Warranty Period: Limited Lifetime
- Limited Warranty Coverage: Device unlock is not 100% functional
- Limited Warranty Procedure: Refund or attempt to unlock the device again
Repairs (Software)
- Limited Warranty Period: None
Screen Protectors
- Warranty Period: Lifetime
- Warranty Coverage: Broken Screen Protector, Peeling Screen Protector
- Warranty Procedure: Replacement

- Original Purchase receipt is not provided, and/or customer cannot be found in the System
Lifelink Brand Products
- Limited Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of purchase

Other Products
- Marnics does not deal with manufacturer warranties for other products. It is up to the customer to claim warranty through the manufacturer.
