Wrong item Delivered/Not as Described

  • Option 1 - Customer May Ship the incorrect item back to Marnics (Prepaid shipping label covered by Marnics). Once the item is received the proper item will be shipped out
  • Option 2 - Customer May Ship the incorrect item back to Marnics (Prepaid shipping label covered by Marnics). Once the item is received a refund will be given to the customer

Item Received Damaged

  • Option 1 - Customer May Ship the damaged item back to Marnics (Prepaid shipping label covered by Marnics). Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement device will be shipped out
  • Option 1 - Customer May Ship the damaged item back to Marnics (Prepaid shipping label covered by Marnics). Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be given to the customer

Item Lost in Transit

Item Shipped by Marnics

  • Product Orders
    • If it is confirmed by the shipping company that the item has been lost in transit, the order will be refunded
    • If the tracking number shows that the item has been delivered to the listed address on the order, no further action will be taken by Marnics.
  • Repair Ticket Intra-Company Transfers
    • Marnics is not responsible for devices lost during shipping for intra-company Ticket transfers. Any amount paid on the the repair ticket will be refunded in this case.

Item Shipped by the Customer

  • The customer is responsible for all products that are shipped on their behalf.
