Online Order Refund Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at onlineorders@marnics.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at onlineorders@marnics.ca. Items Must be Received from return shipping before refunds can be processed
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like headphones, earphones or any product which concerns personal hygiene (see all examples below). It can be returned if the product is unopened and in perfect condition. Prepaid plans activated online cannot be refunded or transferred.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Refund Period: 30 Days from the date of purchase
- Return Void When:
- The device shows signs of physical damage
- Cracked Glass on the Screen
- Cracked Glass on the Back Glass
- Damaged LCD, OLED
- The device shows signs of water damage
- The Grade of the Device is 2 grades or lower than the grade it was sold at
- Restocking Fee: 10% of Purchase Value
Product Category - ("Software, "Prepaid Cards", "Extended Warranty", "Sim Cards")
Product Category - ("Screen Protectors", "Earphones", "Headphones", "Video Games")
- Refund Period: 30 Days from the date of purchase
- Return Void When: Product has been opened or applied
Product Category - ("Special Order")
- Refund Period: 7 Days from the date of purchase
- Return Void When: Original Packaging is Missing and/or the Item is not in new or like new condition
Product Category - ("Bell Device")
All Other Product Categories
- Refund Period: 30 Days from the date of purchase
- Return Void When: Original Packaging is Missing and/or the Item is not in new or like new condition
